Here I will share a transcript of the podcast episode. I highly encourage you to give it a listen on Apple Podcasts or Spotify.

INTRO

Hello hello hello, welcome back to another episode of Messages for the Empath Soul. This is an episode all about change and knowing how to let change unfold for your highest good. This is surrendering to the universe and the key takeaways I believe you need to know to navigate this change with more ease, more grace and more flow.

I don’t know about you, but I have been feeling that change is in the air recently. I’ve been talking to friends, family members and even clients, they are all feeling it as well. Not just change as a collective and in the world, but more change individually and in your own life. Whether it’s subtle change or large changes, change is in the air and you felt called to this episode because you feel it as well. You’re probably wondering “how do I navigate this? How do I make sure the change that is unfolding is for my highest good? How do I make sure that my desires and my dreams are coming to fruition through this change?”

This is why I wanted to bring this episode to you today because I really really believe that when we acknowledge that change is in the air and we are feeling that change, it is a reminder that it is time to surrender to the Universe. So let’s just jump right in.

This is your soul journey and I am here channeling messages from the Universe to help guide and support you.

This is Messages for the Empath Soul.

If you’re new here, I’m Sydney a ⅖ generator, with a deep intuitive connection. My mission is to empower as many spiritual empaths in this community, creating a ripple effect of compassion and peace that is felt around the world.

If you are new here, welcome, thank you so much for joining me in today’s episode. I look forward to connecting with you in the future as well. If you’ve been here for a while now, thank you again for coming back. I’m always excited to have you back here, listening, engaging and connecting in this space. I truly truly feel this large community of empath souls, intuitive beings, sensitive souls, coming together in this space, in this container of the podcast. Every single time that I connect and channel a message to share with you and I press record, I almost see us all sitting in a room together. Different people are walking into the room at different times, some people have their normal, comfy seats that they always come back to with their journal and their pen. Some people are standing in the back, newly entering into this space thinking “hey what’s going on? What are these people talking about? What is Sydney all about? What is her energy and what is she bringing forward that I feel called to listen to?” Thank you for being here, as I already said. I am just excited to continue sharing with you.

I’ve been on this spiritual journey for a lot of years now, and the thing I have discovered while being on this journey is that it is continuous. I am constantly healing. I am constantly learning. I am constantly expanding. I am constantly deepening my connection to my soul, to the universe, to other people in my life, all because I feel this call to continue on this personal development journey. And to continue on this spiritual evolution and enlightenment. I don’t know there is something special about you and I, and everyone else in this room who has come here together. We see things differently, and it’s not to say that we are better than everyone else, that is not at all what we are saying. It’s that we feel this connection with each other, I see you, you see me, there is this bond that is unexplainable.

Honestly, I kind of feel like I have found the place where I belong, finally. I look back on my childhood and I look at this massive feeling that I did not belong. Not necessarily in my immediate family, but in my extended family and in my peer group at school. Growing up there was always something that I just felt different. I think when I found my way on this spiritual journey I really discovered, “ahhh that’s why I felt different”. I wasn’t meant to connect with just anyone, I love going deep, and I love spirituality and everything that it involves. I truly feel like I came to this earth with a bigger purpose. Not just a bigger purpose in this lifetime, but a purpose of evolving my spirit, continuing to learn and continuing to deepen my connection to the collective as we create more and more of these sacred spaces for each other.

Whether you are new here, thanks again for joining in and I am excited to continue connecting with you and sharing with you. If you’ve been around for a while, if you have a seat that is labeled with your name in this room, then I appreciate you. More than appreciating you for coming into my space and into my room, but I appreciate you for showing up for yourself and doing this work, because it’s not always easy. I think it’s important to acknowledge each other in this process.

I just felt called to share that. Sometimes I feel called to go on a tangent because my soul shouts “we have a message that we need to share”. You came here into this room today to talk about change and to talk about surrendering to the universe.

You know there is change in the air. Whether you’ve been manifesting something to change or shift in your life; you’re feeling the mass effects of change around you; or a quiet inkling that something is about to change.

Where we are at right now, in life as I record this, we see it in numerology, with 2025 being a 9 year which is the end of a cycle; and 2026 being a 1 year. This is a new beginning, a fresh start and we don’t entirely know what that looks like yet.

Also with the chinese zodiac, the year of the snake is coming to an end shortly and the year of the horse is beginning.

Now I just want to make a note for all of us here, no matter when you are called to this episode; whether you are listening to it in February 2026 and you are connecting with the energy of the collective; or you are listening to this episode months down the line, years down the line, it does not matter because this message is important for you right now.

I mentioned a couple of key factors with numerology and the Chinese zodiac of what is sparking this change in our lives right now. But, no matter where you are at in your journey or when you are coming to this episode, I want you to know that this is a message that you are needing to hear, because change is in the air in your life right now. As a side note, there are many different times in my life where this episode would’ve been extremely beneficial for me to listen to. I can count numerous experiences that I have had that I’ve felt that change was in the air, but I didn’t know what it meant to surrender to the universe and I wasn’t fully aware on my spiritual journey at the time. Or even times that I have been aware on my spiritual journey, we are human, we forget. Coming back to these messages is important all of the time.

As I keep saying, change is in the air.

There are 3 messages you need to know when it comes to these changes and learning to surrender to the Universe.

1 - resisting causes more issues

2 - awareness and action - ie. when to take action

3 - Surrendering is placing your trust in the bigger picture

RESISTING CAUSES MORE ISSUES

You might not even realize that you are resisting the change that the Universe is guiding into your life. Yet through your energy, your actions and even your thoughts you might be causing more issues along that path. This level of resistance is usually unconscious and it comes from the place within you that doesn’t feel safe in moving through change. That is why this message needs to come forward today because I am bringing it into your conscious awareness. Once you become conscious of this resistance and these patterns that you’ve developed, you can then start to not only heal them but bring awareness to them.

Ultimately your job isn’t to heal this level of resistance immediately, I am someone who is constantly talking about healing and I think healing is a constant on our journey. But I don’t want you to feel like you have to heal and fix everything to then be at the perfect place in your life or to then receive your desires. Healing is a journey and it’s not about recognizing that you are broken or you are doing things wrong, it’s simply becoming conscious of what was once unconscious. Those unconscious patterns are developed within you through lived experiences that have brought forward pain, fear or worry or stress. Some of the unconscious patterns are different levels of programming or conditioning that you took on from the world around you when you were a child. Some of those unconscious patterns are generational traumas that were passed onto you from your ancestors, your parents, your guardians and the people that came before you. All of that unconscious stuff, it’s not a problem, it’s not something that needs to be fixed, it’s simply something you need to become consciously aware of. Through that conscious awareness you can then create softness for yourself, you can lead yourself through nurturing, supportive, healing care in order to shift those patterns.

Your job isn’t to heal this level of resistance immediately, istead it’s to notice how you might be carrying a resistant energy that is causing more issues, obstacles and disruptions on your path.

I’ve noticed in my own life and in the lives of my friends and clients three different ways that we hold onto resistant energy when it comes to change. Now, I’m not saying that it is only these three ways, there can be many different ways that we recognize resistant energy when it comes to change. These are three examples that as a recovering people pleaser, as an empath soul, as a spiritual mentor, these are three things that I’ve noticed time and time and time again. As I share these examples I want you to feel into which one resonates with you most. Now this may not align perfectly with your experience, but the idea is to notice how it makes you feel and to recognize your own patterns of resistance. We are bringing the unconscious to the conscious space, and from there we can shift our energy and we can provide nurturing care, we can shift our thought patterns and we can let go of the resistance that we may be holding onto. When you let go of that resistance the obstacles, the chaos and the issues start to fall away. You can then start flowing with this season of change with a little bit more ease.

These are the three patterns that I notice:

1 - Trying to control every aspect

2 - Staying stuck in your emotions

3 - Avoiding your emotions through distraction and/or overthinking

Let’s start us off with #1 trying to control every aspect of change.

When you are trying to control every aspect of the change it’s usually because you experience a fear of uncertainty. Gripping onto control makes you believe the outcome is certain, but it actually isn’t. You are just trying to force things to go your way, which oftentimes causes more issues and continues to stress you out more.

Now this is a great example of resisting change that I have noted in one of my really good friend’s lives. Her and I have been talking about it a lot, and she brought it to me that she notices she has a fear of uncertainty. She is in a season of change that is very uncertain right now because she doesn’t know if she is going to be staying in this country or leaving this country in four months time. She was hoping that she would be staying, she is not from Canada but she has a visa to live here and work here. She is in the process of applying to extend that visa, but there are some obstacles that are occurring on her path.

As her and I have been talking, she has been moving through this experience very much recognizing how previously she held onto resistance around this concept of change because she tried to control every aspect. She tried to figure out all the steps.

As she tries to grip onto control she is causing herself more stress and more overwhelm because she doesn’t feel safe in this uncertainty. When you are in this energetic pattern your body is creating a very resistant energy which is often felt like a very dense, heavy energy. You can notice your thoughts being filled with more negativity, worry, doubt, and you are scrambling to try and find answers but it’s coming from a very pressured state. This forcefulness, this rushing to try and solve everything.

My friend even said to me that in the past she probably would’ve bowed out because of the obstacles that are occurring right now, and not necessarily problems, it’s just slowing down. There isn't any movement, she is kind of at a stalemate right now, waiting for something and she can’t take the next step. She said that in the past, before she was consciously aware of this pattern, she could see that she would’ve easily said previously “okay I’m not even going to try anymore, I’m just going to go home”. Because of that fear of uncertainty the way she gripped onto control was forcing herself to go down a path that maybe wasn’t necessarily the correct path, but it created a sense of safety for her. All because she was so afraid of sitting in those weeks of uncertainty and not knowing which direction it would go.

Through this experience she is journaling, she is reflecting and she is very much acknowledging that either way it goes it will be the best for her. She is trying to find joy amongst either path, so if she stays this is the pro list, if she leaves this is the pro list. That is really helping her to nurture her mind and her nervous system in being more comfortable in this moment of uncertainty.

You may be causing more issues if you are resisting this change by trying to control every aspect of it.

The second example, staying stuck in your emotions.

When you stay stuck in your emotions it’s usually because you don’t want things to change and you experience fear in the unknown. It’s easier for you to stay in the weight of these emotions, almost like a victim-mindset because you feel like life is happening to you and there is nothing you can do. This emotionally turbulent cycle you are stuck in causes more issues because you aren’t able to break free from this lower frequency to allow guidance and clarity to flow in.

This example is a friend of a friend. This is my friend, who I just spoke about who is possibly leaving the country but unsure. Her friend is in a very similar situation, where she didn’t get the visa and things are kind of making her go back home. Even for a short little while, she doesn’t know. She could end up coming back to Canada, it’s the point where change is in the air so we aren’t really sure on how it’s going to unfold yet. But she is having to go back home to her home country which is a step on her path that is needed.

She is very stuck in her emotions, she is stuck in her frustration that it’s not working out. This has been going on for months for her, where she is venting, complaining and stuck in the negativity of it all. This can be seen in many different ways when we feel like life is happening to us. When we feel like we are out of control, we have no choices, and we are in the victim-mindset. It is so much easier to stay in those heavy emotions because we are pissed off at the world and we are pissed off that this is happening.

I am here to tell you that if you continue to hold yourself in this pattern, your resistance to this change is causing more issues on your path. I’m not saying, be positive all of the time, but what I am saying is that there is a way for you to move into this change with a little more ease, a little more self-kindness and self-compassion in order to walk forward on your path that feels a little more aligned and inspiring. But if you are choosing to stay stuck in those emotions then you are holding onto that resistance.

Again, no judgment, no shame, no blame here, we are simply bringing conscious awareness into those unconscious patterns that you are experiencing.

The third and final pattern that I notice is avoiding your emotions through distraction and/or overthinking.

When you are avoiding your emotions through distraction and/or overthinking it’s usually because you experience a fear of failure. Overthinking next steps, wondering how it will all unfold or where you are meant to go keeps you holding change at an arms length because you question if you will make the right choices or you second guess the decisions you’ve already made. Whereas avoiding your emotions through distraction keeps you in a numb state, disconnected from your soul, focused more on action and to-do lists rather than what kind of change you are calling into your life. How do you want to feel as this change unfolds?

Now this is kind of a 2 parter, either you are avoiding your emotions through distraction or you are avoiding your emotions through overthinking. I can look back on a few experiences in my life where I was definitely avoiding my emotions through distraction. This was before I had my spiritual awakening and my mental breakdown. It’s actually what kind of led to my breakdown and awakening, but I found myself feeling like change was going to occur. But I very much felt out of control in that change, and I ended up distracting myself and avoiding my emotions.

The distraction I used was toxic positivity, trying to see all the good, trying to focus on all of the good things that were happening in my life. I truly believe that positivity is important and focusing on gratitude and appreciation for all the good things in your life is important. But, what I have learned through my spiritual journey is that we also need to acknowledge the difficult emotions. There is a time and place to acknowledge the heaviness you’re feeling, the stress you are feeling, the fear that you are feeling, the overwhelm. If you are not acknowledging them, processing them, and expressing them in a healthy way, then you are not learning from them.

Kind of like the second example of staying stuck in your emotions and the friend of a friend, because she is choosing to stay stuck in those emotions she is not learning from them. She is not reflecting on them and she is not allowing those emotions to tell her something, and then using that information to then create change herself. From my example of avoiding my emotions through distraction, I was not listening to all of the pent up anger that was within me because I didn’t feel safe in experiencing those emotions. Because I was ignoring them through distraction they just continued to pile up, and eventually more and more issues came forward on my path causing resistance to change, which eventually led to my breakdown which was the catalyst for me changing my entire life.

It all has a time and a place and I have learned from it, but I can now see that I was resisting the change. Part of me wonders if I had of known about emotional wellness back then, how would I have supported myself through that process and how would I have walked through that change with more ease. Maybe not hurting myself and maybe not hurting the people around me. No regrets over here because I have learned something from it, I take that knowledge and I apply it to my life moving forward.

The same things happen in overthinking and I can see this play out in my life a lot as well. Overthinking and second guessing, “have I made the right choice? Am I sure this is the direction I want to go in?”. All of this overthinking keeps you in a stagnant state, unmoving because you are not trusting. You are holding onto more resistance in your body, resistance around moving forward because you’re unsure how to move forward, you’re overthinking which step is the right step, you’re second guessing or you’re worrying about that journey.

It is important that when change is in the air and when you feel that sense of change, to notice if you are carrying resistance in any sort of way.

Why is it important to recognize how you are resisting?

The energy of resistance impedes your growth. The Universe is calling in this change because you are meant to be evolving into the next cycle of your life. I know this can feel scary, but the more you resist the more you push yourself into further issues and problems. When you can become aware of how you are resisting this change you can then support and nurture yourself through slow, intentional forward movement.

This brings us to awareness and action.

AWARENESS AND ACTION

Be aware of the coming change and learn when it’s time to take action. This is really important on your journey any time you are experiencing change or you feel change coming in.

Change isn’t meant to be scary, it’s meant to be exciting, expansive, and soul-affirming. I would love it if you walk away from this episode and you start to acknowledge a different perspective around change. You start to be curious with change, you start to be more courageous with change. You start to see change as “oh how is this helping me to evolve? How is this helping me to step into my higher self?” We’ve become so comfortable in our little boxes, our comfort zones. Anything outside of that comfort zone is bad, it’s hard, it’s difficult. Change isn’t meant to be a jump from A to Z, change can be a slow transition, it can be intentional forward movement, it can be slowly stretching your comfort zone so you can continue to feel safe, yet a bit uncomfortable.

When you change your perspective on change to be curious and how can this be more exciting, how can this be expansive, how can this be soul affirming, you can start to feel more safe in that forward movement. Your perspective on change may be causing issues, and so how you choose to move through this current change can help you to find more comfort and peace in the process. Because let’s be honest, change is the only constant in this world. So the sooner you can find enjoyment through change the easier you’ll be able to flow along those changes.

Awareness starts with the recognition that something is shifting. Even if you can’t make sense of it yet, you simply acknowledge that you feel this shift taking place.

Something within you feels a call for change. Something in your physical reality actually changes. Something in your triggered emotions is telling you that change is needed.

So that first step is really about recognizing how you feel internally or what you notice happening externally in your life.

I remember when I moved to the town I live in now, when I first became aware that a change is taking place… I have a  whole podcast episode on this called Trusting My Gut to Move… Again. I remember the moment I was triggered. My roommate at the time said something about our housing situation and she said it so nonchalantly, I felt as if she hadn’t even considered me in the process. She was making this massive change to our living situation and I paid rent, it was my home as well, yet she hadn’t even considered to involve me in the decision making process. I felt really hurt by this. I remember leaving my house with my best friend and being extremely angry, there were so many emotions that flooded out of me. I remember my friend Ang, really just supported me in that process of allowing me to express my emotions. We went for a walk with each other and I was able to guide myself into this recognition of “okay, I feel like I am on edge right now because I am aware that there is a change taking place. It’s not necessarily a change that I decided on, it almost feels like a change that is happening to me”. I didn’t want to fall into that victim mindset, and I pulled myself out of it quite quickly through that awareness of how do I want to move forward from this. Change is happening whether I like it or not, now how can I make this the best change for me.

There are so many other changes that happen in our lives. My mom shared a story with me that she felt called to this change but it didn’t quite make sense. She kept connecting with her divine team and the universe in the process and they kept saying “just wait a little longer” and she didn’t feel ready to take action quite yet. She didn’t know what this change meant, was she supposed to be moving now on her own, was she supposed to be moving later. There was so much that was unknown, but she kept coming to her soul, to her connection with the universe. Even though she didn’t get exact clarity on what it meant in the moment, a year and a half later my dad came to her and said “hey I think something needs to change”. All of a sudden they were able to walk the path together because my mom had already received that intuitive knowing that change was occurring, so she was ready for it when he approached her.

There are so many different ways for change to come up in your life. My goal for you is to pay attention to energy and to pay attention to your emotions because that can give you a lot of important information as you are navigating change. It doesn’t necessarily mean that you will have all the answers from the get go, but what it does mean is that you can stay grounded and aligned through the process.

That first step is really about recognizing how you feel internally or what you notice happening externally in your life. That is the awareness.

Oftentimes you’ll notice change being in the air long before it actually unfolds in your reality. This is when your connection with your intuition and the Universe comes into play. Your ego and the fear you experience is going to pressure and rush you into taking action immediately. Again, notice your old patterns of resistance playing up.

You never need to rush forward or be led into action with pressure. It’s always important to carve out time for yourself to conenct back to your energy, to journal, to process things. Maybe you are a verbal processor, so you need to talk to a friedn to air out all of your thoughts. Once you are able to come back into the space where you feel more connected to your soul you are able to understand what this change is saying.

There are many different ways that I support myself in knowing when it’s time to take action.

First, I ask the Universe “show me my next action step”. This happened when I made my last move to the town I live in now. I knew I was needing to leave the house that I had been living in, but I didn’t know what that looked like. I wanted to move towns, but again I didn’t know what that looked like, so I said to the Universe “show me my next action step”. Then I trust what I feel to be true within my heart and soul. If my mind starts up the hamster wheel of thoughts saying “wait, should I do this? I think this should be my next step. How do I know I need to do this? Is this where I’m going? Should I be going over here?” This cycle of thoughts is the overthinking, pulling me away from the voice of my soul.

When I say “show me that next action step”, and I feel in my body, all of a sudden I see a post or I see a job listing or I see a house for rent, and everything in my body goes “YES”. That I know to be true.

If I don’t know what step to take, then I focus on daily things that comfort me and bring me back into joy and peace. The way I care for my energy and emotions on a daily basis is how I can trust my gut instinct when it shouts “YES” or “no” at me. Oftentimes, you’ll say “show me my next action step Universe”, and that action step isn’t going to come that same day. It might not even come tomorrow, it might not even come a week later. Like my mom’s example, a year and a half after she felt that intuitive nudge that change was coming. That is when you have to come back to caring for your energy on a daily basis. What can I do to live in the moment? What can I do to bring me a sense of joy now? What can I do to bring more peace into my life right now? As you care and nurture for your energy and emotions on a daily basis, you then will be able to trust that gut instinct more clearly.

The action steps the Universe guides you to is usually one step at a time, and you feel it in your body. You know this is what you are meant to act on, even if you cannot explain why to someone else. Every single time you tap into your intuition a little more, you connect with the voice of your soul, or maybe you dive into Human Design and you understand your authority (the most aligned way for you to make decisions); these are all beautiful pieces of information to understand yourself in a deeper way, so you can guide yourself more trust and more self awareness. The Universe is never going to give you a 10 step plan, that is a human construct that helps us to feel safe amongst uncertainty. I’m not saying that a 10 step plan is wrong, but what I am saying is that we have to be adaptable. We have to be willing to adjust, go with the flow. As I move down that 10 step plan I might get to step 5 and realize “oh I actually don’t need steps 6, 7 and 8 anymore, I can go right into step 9”.

The action steps the Universe guides you to is usually just 1 step and you feel it in your body. So it’s important to continue that connection with your soul. These are things that I connect and guide all of my members through inside The Soul Care Space. I’ve got different sessions inside The Soul Care Space that help guide you with Signs, Messages and Omens; connecting with your Spirit Guides; asking for signs on your path; flowing with divine timing; these are all sessions that you can come to to feel supported and guided in the process.

Which guides us into the most important message along the journey of change.

SURRENDERING IS PLACING YOUR TRUST IN THE BIGGER PICTURE

There will always be moments of questioning, moments of doubt, worry or fear… you are human, this is normal. So how do you build trust? You actively place your trust in the Universe, place your trust in your higher self.

Surrendering is not sitting on your couch doing nothing until the Universe places your new life in your hands. Surrendering is giving over control and trusting there is a power greater than you that is navigating this change to unfold for your highest good.

For me, placing my trust in the bigger picture looks like constant reminders and affirmations like “I trust everything is unfolding for my highest good”. “I trust that I cannot see the bigger picture and the Universe knows what is best for me”. These conscious affirmations are helping to instill thoughts of trust and faith in my mind and my belief system.

My energy is more powerful when I lean into faith versus when I hold onto fear. Part of trusting in the bigger picture comes from when I am clear about what I want to experience in my life. I mean what emotions, what energy do I want to call in? What are some of my biggest dreams and desires? If I know what I’m calling into my life then I can more easily tune my frequency into my dreams and trust that the Universe is guiding me forwards.

The moment I notice those old resistant patterns cropping up again I come back to nurturing my energy and connecting with my soul in order to surrender again.

I talk to my divine team to ask for support and guidance.

I ask for signs from the Universe to help me remember to trust.

I journal out any overwhelming thoughts I may be experiencing.

I meditate to tune my energy back into my soul frequency.

This is when those sessions in The Soul Care Space can be really beneficial for you, they can help you to align with peace, they can help you to guide yourself from fear to radiance with celebration. They can help you to listen to your heart. I have over 100 different sessions each with a specific purpose to guide you and connect you deeper with your soul so you can surrender more easily on your path and you can create a life that you love.

Now it’s your turn to bring these messages into your own life through self reflection. Before we jump into self reflection creates soul connection I want  you to remember the three lessons for today.

Resisting causes more issues. You have to start to bring those unconscious patterns into your conscious awareness. How are you resisting? Are you resisting by trying to control every aspect? Are you resisting by staying stuck in your emotions? Are you avoiding your emotions through distraction or overthinking?

That moves us into awareness and action. Building awareness that you are moving through change, and coming back to “when is it time to take action?”. Are you questioning or second guessing? Then it’s not time to take action. You will know it, you will know it. If you are questioning it, then it’s not time yet.

The third and final message, surrendering is placing your trust in the bigger picture. You have to feed your faith. If you don’t feed your faith then fear is always going to overwhelm you and outweight any amount of curiosity for your change.

Let’s come into self reflection creates soul connection.

SELF REFLECTION CREATES SOUL CONNECTION

This is where you take the messages that I have shared today and you actually apply them to your own life. Simply just sitting and listening to me, in this beautiful room that we have created together, it might plant a seed, but it’s not necessarily  going to create the positive change that you are calling in. By journaling and taking this information and really integrating it into your own life you start to feel the energetic shifts through these messages.

Self reflection is a powerful tool that helps you to better understand yourself and strengthen your connection with the Universe. Which is where you build trust and find a way to surrender more easily.

Use these journal prompts to build awareness on the changes you’re feeling and guide yourself back into a state of surrendering.

1 - What kind of change are you noticing or feeling in your life?

Now, you don’t need to have this fully flushed out on what it looks like. Remember my mom, a year and a half after she first felt the intuitive nudges that change was coming. The idea of this question is just to bring in awareness that you are feeling change. This starts to open you up to allow the steps to unfold for you.

2 - How are your actions, thoughts or emotions holding onto resistance?

This one is really important because this is where you bring your unconscious patterns into your conscious awareness. As we know now, the more you resist the more issues crop up. It’s easier to flow when you can let go of that resistance.

3 - What are you most afraid of in this change? What are you most excited for in this change?

Awareness is everything, so let’s not ignore, avoid or deny those fears. Acknowledge them. When you can acknowledge what it is you are afraid of, you can nurture yourself, you can have more self-compassion, and you can guide yourself with more trust. Then of course we have to note what you are excited for, because that’s what is going to have you moving forward. This is what is going to have you wanting to keep evolving and expanding on your journey.

4 - How is your soul guiding you to come back to trust?

Remember your soul is always evolving through the different lessons you are learning through life. I know a lot of people think that they can’t hear the voice of their soul, they don’t know what it sounds like, they don’t know how it guides them. I’m telling you by asking questions like this and taking time to sit and breathe, you are letting your soul come forward. You are letting the voice of your soul guide you. As you continue to practice this you start to tune into and strengthen the voice of your soul even more.

Change is in the air my friend, it’s time to surrender to the Universe. We don’t know how it’s going to unfold, we don’t know what it’s going to look like. But we can get really clear on what we are calling in, how we want to feel and we can pour our energy into trusting that it is working out for your highest good. That is what you take away from this session. I hope you are able to really connect to that idea of surrendering to the universe as a practice. It is a practice because you are evolving, you are expanding, you are changing your life for the better. I am excited for you. Sometimes we need to slow down a little bit, tune into our heart and soul, offer ourselves nurturing compassion to feel a little safer and more comfortable as we navigate these changes.

As always, I’m holding space for you. Thank you so much being here and I cannot wait to connect with you on the next one.

GOODBYE

Remember, your life is happening right now. There is not some future moment you need to rush forward to. Be here, take a deep breath, know that you are meant to be in this moment.

Life will always bring more lessons.

Your soul will always guide you to more healing.

Your mind will always require support to see from a bigger perspective.

You will always desire to be seen, heard and understood.

Be here now for yourself. In time you will feel the call to share more light and compassion with the world.
